Heathrow Terminal 1:

Firstly and most importantly 5 minutes prior to exiting the terminal phone 0044 (0) 845 5674 674 both to allow us to move into position and to confirm where to locate your driver and vehicle.

If arriving by domestic (UK Flights) stay on the same upper level, which is also the departure level, walk outside go across the zebra crossing to the second lane at the far end near car park 1A, do not enter the short stay car park 1A, but wait by the lift to the left of the car park marked lift 5, where your driver and vehicle will be waiting.

If arriving by international flight you will arrive on the lower arrivals level, therfore you must walk or go by lift to the departure upper level. Walk outside and go over to the second lane to the far end zebra crossing near car park 1a. Do not enter the car park, wait by the lift marked level 5.

Heathrow Terminal 2:

Firstly and most importantly 5 minutes prior to exiting the terminal phone 0044 (0) 845 5674 674 both to allow us to move into position and to confirm where to locate your driver and vehicle.

You will arrive on the upper floor level, you must take the walkway or lift down to the ground level and go outside to the third car lane. We will meet you as near to the halfway point as we can.

Heathrow Terminal 3:

Once in the arrivals hall you will see the information desk in front of you. Turn directly right and walk down to the far end (you will see a bright green restaurant sign 'The Bite'). To your left there is an exit leading to the departure area, go outside and you will see across the way a purple kiosk marked Valet Car parking. We will be waiting as near to this kiosk as we can get.

Heathrow Terminal 4:

Firstly and most importantly 5 minutes prior to exiting the terminal phone 0044 (0) 845 5674 674 both to allow us to move into position and to confirm where to locate your driver and vehicle.

You will arrive on the ground level. Proceed to the car park lifts on the upper level, go outside to the car lane. Do not enter the car park itself. We will meet you as near to the halfway as we can get.

Heathrow Terminal 5:

Firstly and most importantly 5 minutes prior to exiting the terminal phone 0044 (0) 845 5674 674 both to allow us to move into position and to confirm where to locate your driver and vehicle.

Take the lift up to level 5 which is the top level of the building. This is the departure drop off area (which if we took you to the airport, was where we dropped you). Go outside and we will meet you as near to halfway along as we can.

Gatwick South Terminal:

Firstly and most importantly 5 minutes prior to exiting the terminal phone 0044 (0) 845 5674 674 both to allow us to move into position and to confirm where to locate your driver and vehicle.

To find your car, follow the moving walkway to the end, then turn left and take the ramps down to the ground level. Go outside, cross at the zebra crossing and wait between the two sets of traffic lights. You are now in the drop off zone and we will be waiting as close to the traffic lights as we can.

Gatwick North Terminal:

Firstly and most importantly 5 minutes prior to exiting the terminal phone 0044 (0) 845 5674 674 both to allow us to move into position and to confirm where to locate your driver and vehicle.

To find your car, stay on the ground level, go outside and cross to the third lane, which is the airport drop off point. We will meet you as near to halfway along as we can.
